Housekeeping consistency could use improvement!!! Elevators need service as they are noisy and slow!!! The pool area lacks sufficient towels, which can be quite inconvenient!!! Overall cleanliness in common areas needs attention!!!

My wife says that the waffle station got really crowded during breakfast. Adding another station would be great for families.

The room felt spacious with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Having a full kitchen was super convenient, especially for a family. The breakfast options were plentiful, and I enjoyed starting my day with a good variety of food. However, the common areas needed more attention. I noticed some unclean spots that detracted from the overall experience. The fitness center had everything needed, but it was a bit crowded during peak times. The evening reception provided a nice social atmosphere, although the selection of drinks could be improved. Minor maintenance issues, like slow elevator service, were noticeable at busy times. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who quickly responded to my concerns about the room's cleanliness, but the issue should have been addressed beforehand. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement on cleanliness and maintenance aspects.

would like to go back there again
Had a fab time in my King Studio- Accessible with Bathtub- Non -Smoking! The full kitchen was clutch. I enjoyed all the amenities like a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a comfy sofa bed. Having free toiletries and a Hairdryer was handy too. Staff made the stay even better!

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that would have been perfect for an extended stay. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the crinkle-cut fries were a delightful surprise during the evening reception. However, there was a slowdown in elevator service during peak hours, and the breakfast area got quite congested, making it a challenge to find seating. Notably, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05friendly staffgreat variety breakfastslow pool towel service
The breakfast had a great variety, offering fresh options that set us up for our day trips to local attractions. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you're traveling in a group, this spot is definitely recommended.
However, the pool towels took way too long to arrive, and when we asked for some, we ended up getting bath towels instead, which wasn't cool.

My King Studio Suite was super spacious, and the full kitchen was a nice touch, even though we only stayed for a night. I loved chilling in the sun terrace and checking out the leisure room to unwind after a long drive. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😄
